Visual Designer

Visual Designer (Contract – Fully Remote)
Duration: Late August – Mid-October

We are looking for a talented Visual Designer to join our team on a full-time basis for a high-profile engagement with one of the world’s leading social media companies. This is an exciting opportunity to create impactful, brand-consistent design assets that will be seen by a global audience.
In this role, you will collaborate with designers, consultants, and project teams to transform written copy into visually engaging content. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where creativity, attention to detail, and flexibility are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team to define visual design needs and creative direction
• Translate briefs and copy into clear, compelling, and on-brand visual designs
• Create original graphics using brand-consistent colours, typography, and layouts
• Present complex information in a simple and visually intuitive way
• Share work in progress regularly and adapt designs based on feedback
• Work closely with other designers to maintain consistency across deliverables
• Balance creativity with adherence to brand guidelines and project requirements
• Remain flexible and available during high-priority deadlines

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Visual/Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Figma and confidence using Google Slides, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Strong creative thinking and ability to translate complex information into simple, engaging visuals
• Comfortable designing from scratch based on copy, concepts, or narratives
• Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly explain design decisions
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience working collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to track and update work progress in Monday.com
