Technical Business Analyst – SWIFT Messaging & Trade Finance
Hybrid – London – 3 days per week on-site 
Day Rate up to £383 Inside IR35
Until 31/03/25

• Work closely with business users from front office, operations, risk and product control to develop and document business requirements
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and testers to ensure alignment of SWIFT standards and Trade Finance solutions.
• Map inbound/outbound SWIFT messages and support integration with existing systems.
• Write clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure project traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Assist in all relevant stages of the Project’s lifecycle including analysis, design, test & deployment/go-live to ensure smooth project delivery.
  

What skills you will need:

Proven experience with SWIFT messaging and Trade Finance processes
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively elicit requirements and facilitate discussions across diverse teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Must be adept at building relationships, influencing decisions, and managing expectations.
Experience working with architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with SQL or other relevant tools is a plus.
Technical knowledge or experience would be helpful
