Technical Account Manager ( Audio Visual)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team and be a trusted advisor for our clients, consultants, and technical teams. In this pivotal role, you’ll leverage your AV knowledge to introduce innovative solutions, ensure seamless integration, and provide exceptional support throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with at least 75% of our consultants and technical managers.
- Product Expertise: Present new products and keep clients informed about the latest AV technologies and solutions.
- Client Collaboration: Understand client requirements, provide tailored recommendations, and identify areas for improvement.
- Market Research: Conduct targeted research for product groups as directed by the marketing team.
- Follow-Up: Stay engaged post-project to ensure client satisfaction and maintain ongoing communication.
- Project Support: Assist consultants and dealers with their project or tender requirements.
- Troubleshooting: Offer on-site, hands-on support when needed to resolve technical challenges.
Additional Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site technical training upon request.
- Represent the company at dealer events, trade shows, and Extron Institute sessions.
- Address technical escalations, especially when unresolved issues surpass 10 logged support requests.
- Oversee the accurate translation of technical documentation, if applicable.
About You
- Experience: 5–10 years in AV integration and design, with a strong technical foundation in the AV industry.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Proactive, solution-focused, and equally comfortable with technology and client interaction.

Reporting
- Provide monthly updates detailing client visits, technical support activities, and project progress.
- Share insights from pre-sales, post-sales, and marketing initiatives.
- Keep the team informed of on-site troubleshooting and other critical updates.
