Audio Visual Account Manager – Global Manufacturer 
Stuttgart / Baden Wurttemberg area.

Fluent in German and English 

The Account Manager position is a high-level sales role within the Sales Department, focused on outside sales activities in the Baden-Württemberg territory and surrounding areas. The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining relationships with resellers, consultants, and end users within this region across all sales matters.
Main ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales

  • Maintain close contact with the sales teams of top dealers, consultants, and key end users in the assigned area.
  • Proactively build personal relationships and maintain strong professional rapport.
  • Engage directly, or through partners, with key end users.
  • Visit active resellers and consultants/planners on a regular basis.
  • Ensure partners are aware of new products and their advantages compared to competitors.
  • Provide reactive support to resellers, consultants, and end users regarding project requests, tenders, dealer shows, and trade shows.

After-Sales

  • Proactively contact top resellers regarding completed projects and end-user satisfaction.
  • Visit prospects on site at the request of the Inside Sales team or senior management, and evaluate potential new dealers arising from web requests, calls, or trade shows.
  • Visit end users and consultants following direct requests or dealer referrals.

Marketing

  • Discuss with top dealer sales teams any requested products or product changes relevant to their market and competitive landscape.
  • Conduct research in specific product areas at the request of the product marketing group, including pricing, competition, and sales initiatives.
