Position: Regional Tech Support Engineer
Salary: Up to $63,000 USD per year
- Spanish language skills (B2-C1 level)
Location: Remote Home working
Medical Contribution: $540/month (minimum $268)
401(k) Contribution: 3% (optional)
Holidays: 20 statutory days + bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily remote monitoring and support for deployed solutions.
- Own and resolve customer issues from start to finish.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, escalating to internal teams when needed.
- Deliver accurate and timely feedback to customers.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all issues and resolutions.
- Generate and distribute detailed reports.
- Contribute to the knowledge base by creating tech notes and articles.
- Ensure adherence to applicable SLA and QMS standards based on issue severity.
- Collaborate with regional customer representatives on the technical onboarding of new customers, ensuring timely project completion.
- Assist internal teams with backend support for complex technical issues.
- Coordinate the rollout of system upgrades and configuration changes for smooth implementations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience in 2nd/3rd line technical support.
- Proficient in Linux OS administration.
- Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting and configuration (including LAN security tools such as Proxy, Firewalls, NAT routing).
- Scripting abilities.
- Basic database management (SQL, Postgres).
Preferred (But Not Required) Skills:
- Experience with AWS.
- Knowledge of PHP.
Additional Requirements:
- Flexibility is crucial as the role may require work during non-standard hours, including weekends, bank holidays, and passive on-call rotation for emergencies.
- Occasional travel may be required for on-site support.
- Spanish language skills (B2-C1 level) are preferred in addition to regional languages.
