About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inbound Talent Sourcer to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for candidates and play a key role in creating a seamless and engaging recruitment experience. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other sourcing professionals to attract and engage top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute inbound sourcing strategies to attract the right candidates for your team.
- Collaborate with recruiters and sourcers to build and leverage talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Serve as an inbound sourcing expert, reporting on trends and proposing solutions to recruitment challenges.
- Understand business function profiles to effectively match candidates with appropriate opportunities.
- Post and maintain job listings across internal and external career sites and job boards.
- Source candidates via ATS, internal CV databases, Boolean search, social media, employee referrals, online databases, and events.
- Act as a first-line ambassador to potential candidates, screening and engaging talent in the job market.
- Conduct phone screens to assess skills, experience, availability, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
- Manage online assessment processes, including language, technical, and coding tests.
- Accurately report and track candidate data as required.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, accountability, and a team-first mentality
- Growth mindset and curiosity to learn, with the ability to see situations from multiple perspectives
- Data-driven, results-oriented, and strategic in approach
