Supply Chain Manager
Brookwood have partnered exclusively with a high growth DTC brand to hire an experienced Supply Chain Manager. You will manage the end-to-end Supply Chain and further enable the company to deliver its ambition to become an unassailable global brand.
This company are one of the fastest growing brands in the UK and have more than doubled the size of their business in 2022.
You will have responsibility for the management of strategic development, the supply chain function, budgets and the day to day operational performance of the brand.
Main responsibilities
- Managing the E2E supply chain journey – product manufacture through to final mile.
- Development of the SC strategy.
- Working cross functionally with the business and with 3PLs to maximise customer service levels.
- Managing the relationships with key 3PLs & freight forwarders to defined KPIs.
- Negotiating new carrier agreements.
- Sourcing a global logistics partner – with a focus on the EU & USA.
Knowledge, skills & experience
- In-depth Supply Chain experience within the retail / DTC / apparel / fashion industry.
- Experience of managing relationships with 3PL / Carrier / Freight Forward providers.
- Highly proficient in Excel-generating reports & statistical analysis.
- Entrepreneurial approach, able to work autonomously to drive improvements.
- High level of Education in Supply Chain or Business related areas.
What’s in it for you?
Salary range of $75,000 – $85,000
This role is fully remote. (Candidates must be US based)
