Required Skills:

• Proficiency in building software applications using relevant development languages.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end system ownership, including monitoring, deployment, and operational practices.
• Experience in technical incident management and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of software system design, architecture evaluation, and technical guidance.
• Excellence in critical thinking, process improvement, and effective communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams to prioritize and implement technical solutions.
• Experience with Java + AWS 

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with infrastructure automation, frameworks, and tooling.
• Experience in designing scalable, resilient architectures.
• Skills in continuous delivery and experimentation frameworks.
• Previous leadership or mentorship experience within technical teams.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Between 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in software development and system design.
• Proven track record in managing complex software systems and delivering impactful technical solutions.

• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation if necessary.
