Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Java development with strong coding standards and test automation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, services, and architectures.
• Experience supporting cloud migration, platform modernization, and infrastructure change management.
• Solid understanding of data migration strategies, schema evolution, and data integrity.
• Expertise with infrastructure-as-code, deployment automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot production systems, manage incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and cross-team collaboration.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GenAI) to enhance development workflows.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with containerization and cloud-native workloads.
• Knowledge of service decomposition, modernization, and migration from legacy systems.
• Background in security, operational readiness, and performance reliability improvements.
• Prior use of GenAI coding tools within engineering practices.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in software development, cloud migration, and infrastructure management.
• Proven track record of end-to-end system ownership and delivering complex cloud projects.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Ability to work effectively across teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and bring innovative solutions to the table.
