As a key member of our Platform Experience team, you’ll lead innovative efforts to enhance and maintain vital infrastructure like the Partner Management API (PMA) and SF-Proxy. Your work will directly empower our partner ecosystem, ensuring data security, compliance, and accessibility across complex platforms. Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in managing data flows between internal APIs and external platforms such as Salesforce
• Proven ability to refactor legacy codebases into modern, scalable architectures
• Strong proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud-native monitoring tools
• Solid understanding of building secure, compliant systems that adhere to SOX/DMA standards
• Expertise in deploying robust, maintainable applications using industry-standard design patterns and development languages
• Ability to monitor application health, troubleshoot live issues, and perform root cause analysis effectively
• Excellent collaboration skills to advise product teams and influence architectural decisions

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with Salesforce integrations and related API management
• Familiarity with operational health monitoring tools and incident management processes
• Background in designing and implementing large-scale refactoring projects
• Knowledge of security standards and best practices for data privacy and integrity

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering, especially in system integration and API management
• Prior experience in a DevOps environment utilizing cloud platforms
