ServiceNow SAMPro Migration Project Manager (SME)
Remote | 6 Months | £850–£950 per day | Inside IR35 | ASAP Start
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow SAMPro SME Project Manager to lead a critical migration from legacy Software Asset Management platforms (SNOW / Flexera) to ServiceNow SAMPro.
This is not a traditional PM role. We are looking for a technical delivery lead with deep SAMPro expertise who understands software licensing, discovery integrations, data structures and ServiceNow architecture.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading a full end-to-end migration to ServiceNow SAMPro
• Managing software asset data cleansing and migration
• Overseeing integrations (SCCM, JAMF, SaaS portals)
• Driving process change and embedding SAMPro into BAU operations
• Managing senior stakeholders across multiple countries
• Ensuring delivery to leading-class quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven hands-on migration experience from SNOW / Flexera to SAMPro (recent delivery essential)
• Strong understanding of SAMPro modules, data attributes and reporting
• Experience with ServiceNow development (OOTB and customised workflows)
• Multi-country programme delivery experience
• Strong executive communication skills
• Deep understanding of software license lifecycle management

The Ideal Profile You can confidently switch between technical conversations about APIs and workflows and executive discussions around compliance risk, optimisation and ROI. You lead from the front, solve problems at the root cause and drive both technical and business change.
This is a high-impact role requiring a genuine SME — not a checklist PM.
