Senior Manager — Omnichannel Marketing Operations

The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Manager, Omnichannel Marketing Operations to lead how a global digital platform communicates with its business partners at scale.
You will shape and deliver a modern, data-driven engagement strategy across multiple digital channels, enabling millions of partners worldwide to interact seamlessly with our products, services, and commercial opportunities.
This is a strategic leadership role combining marketing technology, transformation, and people leadership. You’ll guide a team of managers and specialists while working closely with commercial, product, engineering, legal, and compliance teams to deliver impactful partner experiences.
You will also play a key role in a major technology and data transformation programme, helping the organisation evolve toward advanced personalization and scalable digital engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute the omnichannel and personalization strategy across digital partner communications
  • Scale engagement across email, social and owned digital platforms
  • Lead adoption of new marketing technologies and automation capabilities
  • Drive measurable business impact through partner-facing campaigns and journeys
  • Manage crisis and operational communications when required
  • Prioritise initiatives based on business value and long-term strategy
  • Build, coach and develop a high-performing team (team managers + specialists)
  • Establish data-driven decision making and experimentation practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial, product, technical and compliance functions
  • Lead teams through organisational and technology change

What We’re Looking For Experience

  • Leadership experience in digital marketing or marketing operations within a large international organisation
  • Strong background in B2B engagement and scalable communication strategies
  • Experience managing managers and growing teams
  • Proven track record delivering measurable performance through digital channels
  • Experience implementing or running marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar)
  • Experience leading transformation or technology adoption initiatives
