Senior Manager – FP&A, Commercial Programs & Excellence Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid Working)
Contract: Fixed-Term (6 months)
Are you a strategic finance leader with a passion for data-driven decision making? We’re looking for a Senior Manager in FP&A to join our Commercial Programs & Excellence team. This is a 6-month fixed-term role covering parental leave, offering an exciting opportunity to make an impact across a fast-paced, international organisation.

About the Role 
As Senior Manager, you will:

• Lead a high-performing team driving FP&A insights, modelling, and forecasting across multiple business areas.
• Own cross-commercial decision-making processes and frameworks, ensuring data-driven recommendations.
• Support financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, and business case development.
• Contribute to operational excellence initiatives, transformation programs, and innovation projects.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights.

This role blends financial leadership, business operations, and change management, offering the opportunity to influence both FP&A strategy and organisational decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years’ experience in FP&A or financial leadership roles.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, VBA, or reporting tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams and driving process improvements or change programs.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
