Senior AP Specialist (I2P)

• Location: Amsterdam (hyrid, 2 days-a-week in the office)
• Rate: €70 per hour
• Duration: 7 months initially (possible extensions)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior AP Specialist (I2P), to join a dynamic international Accounts Payable team. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth expertise in I2P operations and a strong understanding of global AP processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end invoice to post process in accordance with company policies and internal controls.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely processing and payment of invoices across multiple entities.
• Perform AP reconciliations and ensure accurate general ledger postings.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvement initiatives within the I2P function.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable or Financial Operations in a multinational environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; SAP (including VIM) experience is highly desirable.
• Zendesk and IVALUA experience is nice to have.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
