Senior Agile Trainer
Training experience incorporating Back of the Room methodology is strongly preferred.
6 months – 40 hours per week –120 EUR per hour (VAT is paid on top of this) – 4 days onsite in the Amsterdam office
Overview:

Required Skills:
- Proven experience in Agile coaching, training, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and influence cross-functional teams and leadership
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools and software
- Availability to work on-site 4 days a week
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Program Consultant)
- Experience in organizational change management
- Prior background in coaching or mentoring senior teams
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and engineering practices
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Several years of hands-on Agile coaching or training experience within fast-paced or enterprise environments
Other Requirements:
- Must be available to work on-site 4 days per week in Amsterdam
- Ability to adapt to changing project needs and environments
- Willingness to contribute to ongoing team development and knowledge sharing
