RPA & Intelligent Automation Developer

We’re looking for an experienced RPA & Intelligent Automation Developer to join a dynamic technology team within a leading global digital platform. You’ll be part of an ambitious Intelligent Automation function that delivers innovative, high-impact automation solutions across multiple business areas — helping to shape the company’s future through smart technology.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify, analyse, and automate manual processes.
• Build and deploy AI/ML-driven automations to improve business efficiency and scalability.
• Integrate automation workflows with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot and optimise automations to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate in a Scrum/Agile team to deliver impactful, secure, and maintainable software.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience developing with Blue Prism (certification required).
• Strong skills in Python (including libraries such as pandas and NumPy).
• Experience with SQL, .NET, C#, HTTP APIs, and Web Services.
• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and NLP techniques (text summarisation, sentiment analysis, NER).
• Working knowledge of AWS components such as EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, and IAM.
• Familiarity with Vault, Passport, GitLab, and Terraform for cloud deployment and configuration management.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying software solutions in production environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
