Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Researcher II to join our Insights Team on a temporary basis. The role focuses on leading and supporting quantitative research projects, including Creative Testing, Brand Insights, and Annual Surveys. You will manage end-to-end research, from defining objectives and designing surveys to fieldwork, data analysis, and presenting actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quantitative research projects from start to finish.
- Manage stakeholders and collaborate with research agencies.
- Ensure data quality, analysis, and reporting.
- Present insights clearly to diverse audiences.
- Support additional ad hoc studies as needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in market research, preferably in Consumer Insights, Brand Tracking, or Creative Testing.
- Strong quantitative skills and experience with survey design, data collection, and analysis.
- Experience managing end-to-end survey projects and research agencies.
- Proficient in JMP, SPSS, Qualtrics, or similar tools; Python/SQL is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Degree in Marketing, Consumer Psychology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; Dutch language skills a plus.
