Join Our Team as a Reintegration Specialist / Case Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Reintegration Specialist to be a key player in our sickness absence and reintegration processes. As a vital part of our team, you will ensure seamless coordination of complex long-term absence cases, guiding managers and employees toward sustainable return-to-work solutions while maintaining compliance with Dutch regulations. Required Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter (Gatekeeper Act)
  • Strong analytical skills to identify core issues swiftly
  • Proven ability to structure work effectively and adhere to action plans
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially when handling sensitive cases
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role managing sickness absence processes

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with social security reporting and analytics
  • Ability to manage expectations and escalate issues appropriately
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement across internal and external entities

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Law, or related field
  • Broad knowledge of sickness absence management, policy compliance, and stakeholder coordination

Other Requirements:

  • Strong collaboration skills with external Arbo services such as medical professionals or mediators
  • Willingness to stay updated on relevant legislation and company policies
  • High level of organization and attention to detail in administrative tasks
