As Recruitment Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the HR function, primarily within recruitment. You will be writing and creating live job adverts via an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as and when required.

In your first few weeks in this Recruitment Coordinator role, you can expect to:

  • Shortlist internal and external applications via the ATS
  • Pre-screen potential candidates by phone or email
  • Schedule candidate interviews via phone, email and Google calendar
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders in regards to interview scheduling.
