About the Role We are seeking a technically skilled Radio Communications Technician to join our team. This role is a mix of hands-on radio maintenance and data-driven system management. While you will work with radio equipment, the role is heavily focused on programming, databases, and ICT systems.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain, program, and troubleshoot radio communication systems.
- Manage and update technical databases and radio programming software.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across ICT systems.
- Analyse system performance, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
- Support colleagues with technical guidance and system administration.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in data management and database-driven software.
- ICT competency, including Microsoft Office (Excel), Salesforce, and programming/database tools (e.g., Radio Manager 2).
- Experience with radio communications equipment and systems is beneficial.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
