Project Manager w/ Data Analytics skills
The Role
We are looking for a sharp, adaptable Project Manager to join our HR Business Partnering team supporting the Finance organization. This isn’t a “check-the-box” PM role; we need a strategic thinker who can manage complex transformation projects while leveraging data to drive decisions. You will spend 80% of your time project managing key initiatives and 20% performing data analytics enabling those initiatives and ensuring our HR strategies for Finance are backed by facts.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Project manage the “end-to-end” execution of new and ongoing transformation initiatives within the Finance function. Collaborate closely with Change Management colleagues.
Analytical Insight: Analyze HR and Finance data sets to execute transformational projects, track key HR metrics, and the effectiveness of our initiatives.
Strategic Scoping: Partner with Senior HRBPs to define project goals, roadmaps, and deliverables that align with Finance’s global strategy.
Who You Are
Intellectually Curious: You don’t just report the “what”; you dig into the “why.” You are a quick learner who can navigate the nuances of a Finance environment.
Data-Fluent: You are comfortable with quantitative analysis and can use data to tell a compelling story or solve a root-cause problem. Most data manipulation work will be in Google Sheets. Coding is not required, but comfort around understanding existing code is a bonus.
Adaptive & Resilient: You thrive in the ambiguity of a transformation phase and can pivot your tactics as business needs shift.
Strong Communicator: You can influence up to the Director level, making complex project statuses easy to digest for busy Finance leaders.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Project Management, bonus for experience working in HR or Finance
Proven ability to work with data (Excel, Tableau, or similar tools) to drive decision-making.
Experience in organizational change or business transformation is a bonus.
Proactive and independent, with a natural inclination for structured problem-solving.
Strong relationship-building skills; you should be a partner, not just a task-master.
