An international, fast-growing organisation is seeking an experienced Program / Project Manager to join its Finance Strategy & Operations team.
This is a high-impact role where you will lead medium to large-scale finance and tax initiatives across multiple departments globally. You will drive both project delivery and operational improvement, ensuring compliance, scalability, and excellence across finance processes.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading complex, business-critical finance and tax projects end-to-end
• Driving Tax Compliance operational improvements
• Coordinating cross-functional teams across Finance, Technology, Treasury, Payments, and Revenue Operations
• Managing stakeholders up to Director and VP level
• Structuring and executing initiatives using agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Embedding change management and continuous improvement practices

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of program/project management experience
• Strong hands-on background in Finance Operations and/or Tax
• Deep knowledge of finance processes (Tax highly advantageous)
• Experience managing both Finance and IT stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification
• Lean Six Sigma
• SAP experience
