Programme Manager – Global Jira Tooling Rollout
Amsterdam | €110/hr | 6-Month Contract

A leading global tech company is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a complex, cross-functional rollout of Atlassian tools (with a primary focus on Jira Cloud) across a global organisation.

This is a strategic, high-impact opportunity to standardise planning processes and drive Jira adoption on a global scale. You’ll work with stakeholders at all levels (up to VP) and lead multiple workstreams that underpin collaboration, tooling efficiency, and business performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the global rollout of Jira tooling across departments, from scoping to implementation
• Defining programme phases, success criteria, and governance structures with minimal supervision
• Partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive adoption and optimise user experience
• Creating planning documents, roadmaps, risk mitigation strategies, and managing dependencies
• Providing programme updates, escalating risks, and ensuring transparency for key governance groups
• Enabling strategic decision-making and prioritisation to accelerate Jira rollout
• Identifying opportunities to increase the value of Jira, building business cases for continuous improvement
• Supporting headcount and budget planning for tooling initiatives
• Championing best practices in programme delivery, resource planning, and enterprise tooling governance
• Leading and mentoring direct reports as part of a high-performance team

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise Jira Cloud rollouts in a global environment
• Expertise in tooling adoption and planning process standardisation
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including VP-level engagement
• Ability to drive delivery across complex, matrixed organisations with multiple dependencies
• A strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills in programme delivery
