Sales Specialist / Product Sales Specialist

Location: South East / London 
This is a hybrid role that requires commuting in and out of London. The position involves traveling to showrooms in London (which is paid for by client ), approximately 3-4 days a week. Outside of these commitments, the role will be home-based.

  • Basic salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
  • Commission: Based on a percentage of GP from product sales and services
    • Monthly commission structure with a quarterly bonus.

Overview:
This role is ideal for a salesperson in their second or third role since graduating or starting their career. Experience in the IT channel is desirable, particularly for those familiar with solutions offered by distributors, resellers, or related environments.
A significant part of this role involves hands-on demonstrations, both remotely and in person, leveraging an Experience Centre based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Product Sales Specialist for workplace solutions.
  • Own UK sales and GP targets within aligned reseller and prospect accounts.
  • Manage and develop sales relationships, including identifying and engaging with reseller accounts, consultants, and installers.
  • Conduct structured sales processes, including demonstrating solutions and gaining stakeholder commitment.
  • Function as a single point of contact for inbound enquiries, liaising with internal departments as needed.
  • Attend relevant events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train reseller partners to sell and support solutions effectively.
  • Provide sales execution and support for end-customer opportunities.
  • Lead all demonstrations, including remote and in-person presentations.
  • Use showroom facilities to host demonstrations and build relationships with resellers and customers.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Hands-on demonstration skills, both remote and in-person.
  • Ability to manage relationships and onboard new partners.
  • Experience in IT channel sales or related fields is advantageous.
  • Ability to travel and work in a hybrid environment.
