Head of Product Delivery – Next-Gen Platform (FinTech)
Salary: £175,000 – £200,000 + benefits
Location: London (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)

The Opportunity
A large fintech organisation is undertaking a major next-generation platform transformation, modernising a legacy technology stack into a scalable, AI-enabled product ecosystem.
We are looking for a Head of Product Delivery to define and execute a bold product vision, lead multiple product squads, and deliver market-leading digital experiences to a mass customer base.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping strategy, driving commercial outcomes, and bringing innovative digital products to market.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product vision — define what to build and why
• Lead the end-to-end product strategy from concept through to launch and scale
• Manage and develop Product Owners and cross-functional squads
• Set and communicate product roadmap, objectives and success metrics
• Drive quarterly OKRs and product KPIs aligned to business outcomes
• Deliver customer-centric design using research, data and usability insights
• Partner with Engineering leadership on delivery, security and compliance
• Prioritise initiatives and epics to achieve strategic milestones
• Influence senior stakeholders and executive decision-making
• Support go-to-market strategy and commercial performance

What We’re Looking For 

• 8–12+ years in digital product leadership
• Proven track record launching and scaling mass-market digital products
• Experience owning product strategy within fintech, digital platforms, or subscription-style services
• Background working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments
• Experience leading multiple squads or product functions

• Experience shaping high-value product propositions in competitive markets
