PMO Administrator (Contract)
Location: Europe, Remote
Contract End Date: September 2025

We are recruiting for a dynamic team within a leading, Global FMCG Organisation dedicated to providing project management excellence. In an effort to enhance their portfolio support, we are seeking a talented PMO Administrator to join them on a contract basis until September 2025. If you have a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of ServiceNow and Azure DevOps (ADO), we want to hear from you!

Role Overview:
As a PMO Administrator, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to the PMO function. Your responsibilities will include assisting with CAPEX and OPEX purchase orders, managing timesheet approvals and invoices, and supporting our demand and project management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the D&A PMO, including the creation of purchase orders and the approval of timesheets and invoices.
  • Demand and Project Management: Leverage ServiceNow to support the D&A team in managing requests throughout the PPM lifecycle.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance governance standards, including the creation of new Power BI reports and Excel templates.
  • Management Reporting: Assist in the preparation of critical management information reports to facilitate informed decision-making.

Personal Attributes and Skills:

  • Effective Communicator: Strong communication skills with the ability to provide support across a variety of locations.
  • ServiceNow Proficiency: Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform is essential.
  • Experience with ADO and Agile: Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO) and experienced in Agile methodologies.
  • Reporting Expertise: Skilled in producing reports and information using MS PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Highly Organized: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Proactive Attitude: A positive, “can-do” mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
