The Organizational Transformation Coach will be instrumental in driving this journey—building leadership capabilities, removing obstacles, engaging top executives, and activating real change across multiple business units or departments. This role encompasses a broad scope, impacting senior leadership and numerous teams simultaneously. We seek experienced leaders who have led similar large-scale transformations in organizations of comparable size and complexity.
Role Description
The Organizational Transformation Coach is a trusted senior advisor tasked with driving meaningful, practical change across all organizational levels—including C-suite executives, the Extended Leadership Team (ELT), and broader organizational groups. This role requires a results-oriented leader with extensive change management and transformation expertise, proven by tangible outcomes rather than theoretical knowledge.
You will collaborate closely with the Transformation Program team, Change Leads, and Agile Coaches to align strategic goals with team-level execution—effectively bridging the gap between senior leadership and operational realities. The environment is fast-paced, ambitious, and outcome-driven, necessitating comfort and expertise in engaging with C-level executives, senior VPs, and change agents to advance the transformation agenda consistent with the organization’s overarching vision.
