Operations Manager
The Warehouse Operations Manager will take responsibility for the e2e warehouse environment, looking after everything from goods in through to despatch. You will act as number 2 to the Head of Operations, driving strategic growth & looking for ways to continuously improve key measures.

Job Description
- Lead, motivate, and support the warehouse team
- Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
- Support with 3PL Contract Management
- Implementing operational policies and procedures
- Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
- Ensuring the safety of staff
- Motivating and disciplining staff
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities
- Assisting with deliveries where required
- Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
- Establish and develop reporting procedures
- People planning and development
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems
The Successful Applicant
You will be used to working in a retail warehouse and be able to clearly demonstrate strong leadership and influencing skills, as well as;
- A proven background in E-commerce / Retail / FMCG
- Strong WMS knowledge
- Proven track record of delivering results & making changes to improve performance.
- An entrepreneurial approach to solving logistics and operational challenges.
- An ability to adapt and drive organisational change.
What’s on Offer
The successful Warehouse Operations Manager will receive a salary of around $70,000 – $85,000 + 401K, Healthcare and a 24/7 Employee assistance program.
