11759-1 International Payroll Specialist – Remote
Contract Duration: 6 months initially – 40 hours per week – 55 EUR per hour – Outside IR35, 40 hours per week, Remote working

Are you passionate about ensuring accurate, compliant payroll processing across diverse international regions? We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations for multiple non-CS entities, ensuring timely and precise payments while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This remote, six-month assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global environment where your expertise will directly impact organizations across EMEA.
What You’ll Do:
As a Payroll IC, you will oversee the end-to-end payroll processes, coordinate with external vendors, validate data, prepare payments, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. Your role involves managing relationships with global payroll providers, resolving discrepancies, supporting month-end reporting, and assisting with audits—all with a keen eye for accuracy and timeliness. Your work will support HR and finance teams, helping to streamline payroll functions and uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of payroll experience, particularly in EMEA regions such as Egypt, Ireland, Malta, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, and UAE
- Strong knowledge of local payroll laws and statutory compliance
- Experience working with third-party payroll providers and internal HR teams
- Proficiency in HR systems (Workday, Blackline, Payslip) and MS Office
- Fluent in English and at least one other language relevant to the scope of work
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Nice to Have Skills:
- Additional language skills
- Experience working with international payroll audits and government inquiries
- Familiarity with banking platforms for payroll processing
- Exposure to Sox controls and internal compliance standards
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 1-3 years of payroll management, with international exposure in the EMEA region
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Flexibility to manage a fast-paced, high-volume workload
- Willingness to support internal and external payroll audits and projects
