Internal Recruiter
We are seeking an experienced Contingent Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across a broad range of technical and non-technical functions during periods of increased demand. This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys pace, ownership, and making a tangible impact through recruitment execution.
Reporting into a Talent Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring delivery, ensuring strong candidate pipelines and timely outcomes across multiple requisitions.
This is an individual contributor role with a strong operational focus, requiring close collaboration with hiring managers, interview teams, and recruitment colleagues.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned roles, ensuring high-quality candidate pipelines and timely progress.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, senior recruiters, and delivery teams to meet agreed hiring targets.
- Proactively source and engage both active and passive candidates using job boards, professional networks, social platforms, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Execute structured, data-driven search strategies to identify and convert top talent.
- Manage candidate pipelines from initial sourcing through to offer stage.
- Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience with clear, consistent communication throughout the process.
- Track progress against hiring goals, using data and insights to identify gaps and refine sourcing approaches.
- Provide talent market insights and feedback to continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the organisation’s culture and opportunities in the talent market.
- Ensure all recruitment activity complies with relevant hiring policies and employment regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in high-volume recruitment or sourcing, either agency-side or in-house.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results against tight timelines.
- Experience recruiting across both technical (e.g. engineering, data, product) and non-technical (e.g. operations, marketing, customer-facing) roles.
- Strong sourcing capability, including proactive outreach, networking, and talent mapping.
- A data-driven mindset, with experience using metrics to guide decisions and demonstrate impact.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Confident communicator, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented.
- A collaborative team player who contributes positively to a high-performance culture.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
