Inbound Talent Sourcer
Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands – Hybrid
Contract: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for an Inbound Talent Sourcer to join our growing recruitment team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for candidates applying directly and will actively engage passive talent in the market. You will facilitate a world-class candidate experience while providing insight into talent trends, educating hiring teams, and ensuring we attract the right people for our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute inbound sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent aligned with team needs.
- Collaborate with recruiters and other sourcers to build and maintain talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring requirements.
- Act as the inbound expert for your function, reporting on trends, proposing solutions, and sharing insights with the hiring community.
- Understand business function profiles to match candidates effectively with suitable roles.
- Post and manage job adverts on internal and external career sites and job boards.
- Source candidates through ATS, internal CV databases, social networks, employee referrals, online platforms, and events.
- Serve as the first line ambassador to candidates, conducting screening calls to assess skills, availability, interest, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
- Manage online assessment processes, including language, software, and coding tests.
- Accurately track and report candidate data and activity.
Stakeholder Interaction
- Recruiters: Continuous collaboration to align sourcing with hiring needs.
- Sourcers: Frequent partnership to optimize pipelines and strategies.
- Hiring Managers: Occasional engagement to support talent selection and insight.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years’ experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with ownership, accountability, and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
- Growth mindset: curiosity to learn, ability to view challenges from different perspectives.
- Results-driven with a strategic and thoughtful approach, using data to guide priorities and measure progress.
- Proactive, consultative approach to building trust with candidates and internal teams.
