Job Summary
As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee training and development, employee relations, and talent management. Collaborating with local management, regional HR leadership, and company leadership, you will drive both tactical and strategic HR initiatives across multiple sites. This role oversees three locations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Lead workforce planning and development across the region, supporting local and national recruitment and succession planning programs.
  • Retention: Ensure competitive salary and benefits programs are offered consistently across the region and assist leadership with performance reviews.
  • Training and Coaching: Develop and manage regional training programs to ensure training standards are met, promote mentoring, and foster a coaching culture across locations.
  • People Development: Collaborate with leadership on initiatives to develop strong current and future leadership talent.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to consistent employment practices and compliance processes across all locations.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Lead the HR review process and standardize processes across sites.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business or Human Resources.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience; professional certification is a plus.
  • Experience in managing multi-site operations with the ability to travel up to 40% of the time (all planned).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
