About the Role
We are seeking to hire an HR Director (Client Experience) to work remotely as part of our Talent Solutions team. This key leadership role oversees client engagements, ensures the delivery of HR consulting and outsourcing services, and leads the client experience teams.
As an HR Director, You Will Be Responsible For:
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships and driving a consistent client experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business goals, challenges, and culture to provide tailored HR solutions.
- Actively participate in client meetings and address client needs.
- Lead contract renewals, negotiations, and extensions, ensuring services align with evolving client needs.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for additional support.
Team Leadership and Service Delivery Oversight:
- Oversee the client experience team and ensure adherence to best practices for high-quality service delivery.
- Manage service-level agreements, project timelines, budgets, and scopes of work.
- Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance management for team members.
- Support change management efforts to help the team adapt to the evolving HR landscape.
Operational and Financial Management:
- Monitor revenue, budgets, and forecasts to ensure operational and financial goals are met.
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making and develop financial models for forecasting.
- Own the billing process for client engagements and ensure compliance with contracts and policies.
- Prepare and present reports on client experience, project statuses, and financial performance.
Growth:
- Collaborate with other HR leaders to ensure seamless growth and deliver valuable client experiences.
- Drive growth within existing client engagements.
Quality and Risk Management:
- Implement procedures to protect the firm and clients, adhering to policies and controls.
- Identify sensitive issues and consult with specialists as needed.
What You Will Need:
- 10+ years of relevant experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) required or obtainable within 180 days of hire.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
