Required Skills:

• Over 5 years of relevant procurement experience, with broad knowledge of the discipline.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills), and tendering/contracting processes.
• Ability to analyze spend data, generate KPIs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Knowledge of legal, risk, data privacy, and sustainability considerations in procurement.
• Self-directed, results-driven, and solution-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in the services sector or P2P processes.
• Prior involvement with legal, risk, and security guidelines in procurement projects.
• Familiarity with international contracting and complex commercial models.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to engage in regional or global projects, sometimes involving travel.
• Valid company registration documents (for IC-based candidates in NL), active VAT number, and valid liability insurance are required for certain regions.
