German Speaking Sales Manager Regional Sales UK & DACH

  • Fluency in both German and English – Rusty is ok if do  1 week language training.

Base £90,000 – £100,000  20% Bonus  plus Car Allowance

For this position we are looking for a Sales Leader for my clients two biggest areas the UK & ROI and the DACH region   

This role is responsible for implementing the sales strategy and managing the team to drive growth and increase market share in the UK, ROI, and DACH regions.

What you will be doing:

  • Implementing Strategy: Execute the sales strategy company-wide, spanning the UK & DACH regions, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
  • Leading Teams: Direct and manage the sales team, offering guidance, support, and clear direction to meet individual and collective performance objectives.
  • Monitoring Performance: Establish performance metrics and KPIs to gauge team productivity, track sales targets, and proactively address any performance gaps.
  • Training & Growth: Identify training needs, mentorship opportunities, and provide ongoing coaching to enhance the team’s skills and sales effectiveness.
  • Managing Client Relationships: Oversee key client accounts, intervening as necessary to nurture high-value relationships and secure strategic partnerships.
  • Market Analysis & Insights: Collect market intelligence, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to inform leadership decision-making and strategic adjustments.
  • Collaborating Across Functions: Work closely with Operations, Marketing, System Engineering, Product Management, and other departments to ensure seamless alignment of sales initiatives with overall company objectives.

 
 
Who we are looking for
Proficiency in leading multicultural teams is a prerequisite.

  • Fluency in both German and English – Rusty is ok if you do not mind going to 1 week language training.
  • Exhibit robust leadership abilities, emphasizing team management and motivation.
  • Demonstrate strategic acumen coupled with effective execution capabilities.
  • Possess a proficient grasp of total cost of ownership and ROI principles to sell based on value, alongside expertise in B2B processes, technologies, and products.
  • Prior experience in Business and Account Development within the B2B sphere is indispensable.
  • Display exceptional communication and negotiation proficiencies.
