Full Stack Developer NodeJS
- Location: Manchester (hybrid, 1 day/week in the office)
- Duration: Until 31st December initially (possible extensions)
- Rate: £580 per day, inside IR35 (37.5 hours per week)
The Role:
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team. You will be building both backend services and frontend features.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain scalable systems.
- Collaborate with product, data, engineering, and support teams.
- Drive improvements in performance, reliability, and data integrity.
- Take ownership of microservices and advocate best practices.
- Solve complex technical challenges with focus on customer impact.
Requirements:
- 3+ years software development experience.
- Strong Node.js and TypeScript skills.
- Frontend experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with microservices architecture and testing paradigms.
- AWS experience (EventBridge, SQS, Lambdas) a plus.
- Experience in search, discovery, or marketplace products a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
