Finance Change Manager – Transformation
We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale Finance Operating Model Transformation within a complex, global organisation.
This role sits within an established Finance change management team and focuses on enabling leaders and teams to successfully adopt new operating models, technologies, processes, and ways of working. You’ll play a key role in ensuring change is embedded, understood, and sustained across multiple Finance functions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assessing the impact of change across teams, roles, processes, and ways of working
- Defining and delivering change plans aligned to business and transformation goals
- Partnering with senior leaders to help them lead change effectively
- Working closely with central implementation teams, L&D, and Communications
- Driving engagement activities to support new organisational structures and ways of working
- Using feedback from leaders and employees to focus adoption efforts where they matter most
What We’re Looking For
- 8–10 years’ experience as a dedicated Change Manager
- Strong track record delivering large, complex change programmes
- Experience supporting operating model transformations, ideally within Finance
- Deep understanding of change management frameworks and best practices
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders (VP level and above)
- Confidence working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Clear, compelling communication skills
- A natural ability to simplify complexity and turn strategy into action
