Job Title: End User Device (EUD) Engineer
Location: Field-based (Vehicle to be collected from site)
This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced environment with a focus on improving service delivery.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of service delivery to end users, troubleshooting and resolving EUD incidents, and identifying opportunities for service improvement. You’ll work closely with business partners and technical teams to maintain high standards of service in line with agreed SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support for Windows 10, smartphones, laptops, and desktops.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems, proactively identifying patterns and trends.
- Work closely with the EUD Senior Engineer to ensure documentation and knowledge articles are updated.
- Participate in the planning and delivery of projects, events, and tech updates.
- Support asset management governance and service improvement initiatives.
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in ICT operational delivery and end user device support.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving incidents for Windows 10, laptops, and smartphones.
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to identify service improvements.
- Ability to work across multiple locations and manage travel requirements.
- A full UK driving licence (essential for travelling between locations).
Desirable Skills:
- ITIL V3 Foundation or ITIL V4 certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
