What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain next-generation data pipelines that are scalable, flexible, and high-performing.
• Develop seamless, bi-directional integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and Snowflake using advanced features like Data Sharing and zero-copy cloning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues, focusing on root-cause fixes to ensure long-term stability.
• Experiment with new tools and technologies to push boundaries on performance, scalability, and data quality.
• Deliver solutions that enhance data quality across the organization.
• Create integrations between on-premise and cloud applications and services.
• Contribute to self-service tools that help the analytics community discover, assess, and explore data more effectively.
• Implement monitoring systems and respond quickly to outages or performance issues.
• Ensure data systems and processes comply with governance and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and/or Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Strong track record of building and maintaining robust data pipelines.
• Solid understanding of data quality management and governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL, API integration, and modern data engineering practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
• Analytical problem solver with a focus on sustainable, long-term solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Snowflake Data Sharing, zero-copy cloning, and real-time integrations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
• Knowledge of self-service analytics tooling or data catalog solutions.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools for data infrastructure.
