Data Analyst – Python, PySpark

We are supporting a global organisation.

• 6 Months duration initially
• 40 hours per week
• The hourly rate is between €90 to €100 per hour dependent on experience
• Hybrid 2 days onsite in the Amsterdam office.

 
Data Analysts II are the drivers for analytics tasks such as reporting, visualization and analysis needs within their area. They have a high level understanding of the business problems in their area and collaborate closely with the business stakeholders to solve them through application of data analytics.

What will the DA own & deliver:
Data mastery: Consume diverse sources, craft clean datasets, and tell compelling data stories that answer high-stakes questions.
Statistical firepower: Selecting the right tool for the signal .
Stakeholder partnership: Identify the right voices, communicate insights in plain language, and drive alignment across product, engineering, and leadership.

What makes the DA a fit
Fluency in SQL (or equivalent) and at least one analytical language (Python/R). Your queries are fast, traceable, and production-ready.
Experience with Pyspark
Proven track record applying advanced statistics techniques to real-world product or business problems.
Clear, concise storytelling skills—charts, memos, or slide decks—tailored to executive or peer audiences.
Master’s degree (or higher) in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
