Corporate Business Development Manager – Interactive Display Technology

Base £45,000 – £55,000 25% Commission

Brookwood is hiring on behalf of a leading manufacturer of cutting-edge interactive displays and technology solutions. We’re seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence across the M4 corridor.

The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in:

  • Expanding market share and increasing sales across the region.
  • Building and managing a network of resellers as a key business partner.
  • Developing new business opportunities and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

You will work remotely, with regular travel across the region, engaging with customers and partners to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the education and corporate sectors.
  • Identify, engage, and manage reseller networks, providing ongoing support and motivation.
  • Drive new business development and ensure a steady pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations that highlight the value of our technology.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to refine business strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Marketing teams to align offerings with customer needs.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Take a proactive, hands-on approach to achieving ambitious sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in education technology, IT, AV, or display solutions.
  • Experience in a channel B2B sales structure, with a strong understanding of reseller networks.
  • Five or more years in a competitive sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Ability to work independently, managing a territory with remote support.
  • A strong network of contacts within the M4 corridor, particularly in the education sector.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and market trends.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
