Are you an expert in Dutch labour legislation with experience supporting contingent workforces? We are hiring a Contingent Workforce Specialist to join an established workforce programme supporting a major organisation undergoing significant transformation.
This is a hands-on advisory role where you will guide the business on compliant worker engagement routes, support major legislative changes coming into force on 1 January, and act as the go-to expert on ABU CLA, DBA, VvT and other Dutch regulations.
You’ll join a mature MSP environment with clear processes already in place and work closely with stakeholders across HR, Legal, Risk & Control, and Operations.
What You’ll Do
- Advise on Dutch labour laws and ensure compliant implementation of new requirements.
- Guide managers on the best engagement routes and prevent worker misclassification.
- Support high-volume project staffing resulting from ongoing organisational change.
- Manage escalations, exceptions, and unique worker scenarios.
- Partner closely with HR, Risk & Control, MSP teams, and Legal.
- Contribute to the rollout of significant legislative updates (e.g., ABU CLA changes).
- Work in a dynamic environment where new projects and requests arise frequently.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Dutch speaker.
- Strong, in-depth understanding of Dutch labour legislation.
- Experience with contingent workforce processes and policies.
- Ability to advise business leaders and influence decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable in complex, fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
Bonus: Experience in MSP environments or Workday.
Working Pattern
- Hybrid model—typically 2 days per week in the Amsterdam office (flexible).
- Independent contractors have full autonomy on onsite presence.
- Interviews are fast—two rounds, with decisions made quickly.
If you’re ready to support major legislative change, provide critical expertise, and join a high-performing workforce programme, we’d love to hear from you.
