Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CIM & S4 Integration and Deployment Project Manager to lead the delivery of the Salesforce TPM Target State Integration with S/4Hana within a structured project management framework. This role ensures alignment with project objectives, scope, timelines, and budget, working within a matrix environment and collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Salesforce TPM to S/4Hana integration within the defined project methodology.
• Manage project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment to programme governance.
• Drive collaboration across Workstreams and E2E teams, fostering alignment with project goals.
• Proactively monitor progress against key milestones, identifying and mitigating risks or roadblocks.
• Manage resources effectively within a matrix organisation, ensuring optimal team utilisation.
• Provide clear, transparent communication to stakeholders on progress, risks, and achievements.
• Facilitate integration between CIM, S/4Hana, and market deployment teams.
• Ensure delivery of programme milestones through adherence to structured stage gates and checkpoints.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships through proactive management of expectations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, applying problem-solving skills to maintain momentum.
• Support alignment between Salesforce TPM and S/4Hana programme governance.
• Promote continuous improvement and adoption of best practices for future project phases.
• Adapt to changing requirements with flexibility and agility.
• Leverage emerging technologies to enhance project delivery.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English
• Experience working within a Matrix organisation
• Proven experience delivering projects in above-market or similar environments
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce project delivery (preferably CG Cloud and TPM)
• Experience with S/4Hana delivery (desirable)
• Skilled in JIRA and Microsoft Project (MSP)
• Willingness and flexibility to travel when required
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills within large transformation programmes
• Recognised Project/Programme Management qualifications (e.g., APM ChPP, PMI PMP, IPMA)
