Role – Chief of Staff

Role Summary:

This opportunity is for an accomplished Chief of Staff to partner closely with the Chief People Officer (CPO) to drive high-impact HR initiatives in alignment with the company’s strategic goals. This position calls for a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in consulting, project management, and strategic planning—someone who excels in complex, fast-paced settings. The role will be pivotal in enabling the CPO and broader HR team to meet the company’s people objectives and drive alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

-Strategic Advisor: Collaborate with the CPO to set priorities and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s mission. Engage with senior leadership to ensure HR initiatives are integrated with business objectives.

-Consultative Leadership: Provide advisory support to HR and business leaders, using data and insights to improve organizational structure and introduce best practices in people management.

-Operational Efficiency: Oversee essential HR processes, including planning and scheduling, while identifying and driving operational improvements across HR functions.

-Performance Tracking: Measure and analyse HR performance to demonstrate the function’s value to the business, pinpointing trends and areas for growth.

-Communication and Alignment: Prepare briefings, presentations, and reports to facilitate alignment within the HR leadership team.

-Culture and Change Champion: Actively promote a high-performance culture, supporting the CPO in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

-Hands-On Project Support: Take on day-to-day project management tasks, problem-solving challenges, and provide support to the HR team as needed.

-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop strong partnerships across departments, collaborating to resolve issues, set priorities, and support HR initiatives that drive business success.
 
-Ideal Candidate Profile:
 
Education: bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field; a Master’s or MBA is a plus.

-Experience: At least 10 years in senior HR roles, ideally with a background in consulting, project management, or strategic HR leadership.

-Leadership Skills: Proven success in partnering with senior executives and managing cross-functional teams to execute HR initiatives.

-Project Management: Able to juggle multiple projects effectively and drive them to completion.

-Interpersonal Influence: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

-Analytical Abilities: Proficient in data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.

-Strategic Agility: Comfortable balancing strategic responsibilities with hands-on execution in a dynamic environment.

-Integrity and Confidentiality: Demonstrates high professionalism and discretion with sensitive information.

-HR Expertise: Knowledgeable in areas such as organizational design, change management, and talent management.
