Join Our Team as a Change Management Specialist for Agile Transformation!

We are seeking a dedicated Change Management professional to lead our Agile initiative, ensuring seamless adoption of new ways of working across departments. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact by collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, transformation coaches, and cross-functional teams to embed lasting change and foster a resilient transformation culture.
 
Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in executing large-scale, cross-functional change management roadmaps, particularly in agile or operational transformation contexts.
  • Strong ability to translate strategic change initiatives into practical, phased deployment plans tailored to local teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, capable of managing relationships with mid- to senior-level leaders, including Department Heads and VPs.
  • Expertise in organizational readiness assessments, impact analysis, and resistance management strategies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing and executing internal communication plans, including event management and messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset, capable of synthesizing adoption metrics to inform targeted interventions.
  • High level of independence and proactive ownership of change activities.

 
Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with Agile at Scale or other enterprise-wide agile transformation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with change management tools and methodologies such as ADKAR, Kotter, or Prosci.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and co-design adoption strategies with stakeholders.

 
Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in change management, organizational development, or related roles, ideally within complex or large-scale transformation projects.

 
Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to occasionally travel to different departments or locations as needed.
  • Relevant change management certifications are a plus.
