About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to play a pivotal role in driving adoption of new ways of working, mindsets, and culture within a major finance transformation initiative. This is a people-focused role; while finance experience is beneficial, strong change management expertise is essential.
As a Change Manager, you will support teams and leaders in navigating large-scale changes, including processes, systems, technology, and organizational culture, helping to make transformation tangible across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide teams, managers, and leadership through change journeys.
- Apply change management methodologies and tools (e.g., Kotter, Prosci) to support transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, trainings, and presentations; synthesize insights from multiple sources.
- Support adoption of new ways of working, culture, and technology across finance functions.
- Influence and manage expectations across stakeholders at all levels.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven end-to-end change management experience, ideally within large multinational environments.
- Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders across multiple levels and geographies.
- Ability to adapt change approaches to different contexts and fast-moving situations.
- Self-starter, quick learner, proactive, and able to operate with minimal guidance.
- Familiarity with technology tools, including Google Suite, AI, and digital platforms, is advantageous.
