Change and Implementation Manager

We are looking for an experienced Change and Implementation Manager to lead organisation-wide change initiatives and support the rollout of a unified project management tool across a large, complex technology environment.

This role plays a key part in shaping and delivering change strategies, driving adoption of new ways of working, and ensuring teams are aligned, supported, and engaged throughout the transition.

What you’ll be doing

  • Define and continuously improve change and implementation strategies across technology standards and tooling.
  • Lead and coordinate change initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, supporting delivery of business priorities and managing change impact.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of change management best practices.
  • Work across organisational silos to manage dependencies, timing, and potential risks.
  • Support the rollout of a single project management tool to improve productivity, collaboration, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and tailor rollout plans to business needs.
  • Support the decommissioning of legacy tools and processes.
  • Deliver training, guidance, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
  • Maintain clear communication and strong stakeholder engagement throughout all phases of change.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience leading large-scale change and implementation initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to work across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Solid understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and familiarity with Agile ways of working.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a strong focus on delivery and continuous improvement.
