Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Success Lead to join our Gatwick Airport team. In this key role, you’ll be the driving force behind the successful execution of contracts and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, ensuring that our business strategies align with our clients’ objectives while promoting a culture of innovation and proactivity within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between our company and clients, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction with contractual agreements.
• Manage and oversee contracts, budgets, and performance metrics while identifying opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
• Conduct thorough financial analyses, generating reports related to contract performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate strategies that support our business goals and address market trends and competitive threats.
• Lead the planning and management of valet parking operations, focusing on enhancing customer experience and driving revenue growth.
• Recruit, train, and manage valet staff, ensuring outstanding service delivery throughout operations.
• Utilise advanced analytics and data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong leadership abilities demonstrated through effective management of cross-functional teams and driving results.
• Proficient in all MS Office applications and skilled in data analysis and financial modeling.
