Business Analyst – Finance Transformation | €75/hr | 6-Month Contract | Amsterdam Onsite

We’re hiring on behalf of a global technology organisation undergoing an exciting Finance Transformation journey.

• Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid)
• Contract: 6 months 
• Rate: Up to €75 per hour

Are you a detail-driven Business Analyst with a passion for process improvement and finance transformation? Join a high-impact team supporting initiatives across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R) and FP&A towers.

This role blends Business Process Mapping, RPA/AI support, and Project Coordination, offering hands-on exposure to cutting-edge finance operations and automation tools.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Map and analyse current (AS-IS) processes across finance operations and contribute to future (TO-BE) models.
• Support workshops to identify inefficiencies and gather stakeholder insights.
• Assist in preparing documentation (PDDs, FRQs) for RPA/AI initiatives.
• Coordinate transformation projects and help maintain progress tracking via JIRA and similar tools.
• Contribute to project status updates, meeting minutes, and stakeholder communications.

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business/process analysis or finance transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A).
• Familiarity with RPA/AI project support and business analysis documentation.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio (or similar BPM tools), and project tracking tools like JIRA/Confluence.
• A Master’s degree and excellent facilitation/communication skills.
