What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience (typically 8+ years) in business operations, strategy, programme management, or a similar role.
- Strong process design, problem-solving, and operational excellence capability.
- Solid business and financial acumen, with confidence working with budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Proven ability to use data and insights to shape recommendations and tell clear, compelling stories to senior stakeholders.
- Experience supporting or leading planning, governance, and change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Highly organised, structured, and comfortable working in complex, cross-functional environments.
- A hands-on mindset, with the ability to break down complex problems into practical, actionable solutions.
